All customers are guaranteed the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the use of their personal data, as well as the possibility to request clarification through the email address email@example.com or to file a complaint with a control authority in the country where ARMILAR operates.
The client accepts to keep the data updated and ARMILAR undertakes to fully comply with its obligations under the terms of the law in force regarding the protection of personal data and the rights derived from it for its holders.
ARMILAR, in order to guarantee the security of personal data, implements all the necessary physical and logical security measures, using auditing and control mechanisms to ensure compliance with its security and personal data protection policies.
